I have to admit, this month’s tarotscopes took a while to get started. The first time I laid out the cards, I was hit by a blank, and then a big yawn. There’s a lot going on, and many of you are in two minds, or very anxious about the decisions or opportunities we have or wish to have. It’s time to ground, to take a deep breath and balance the logical with your heart and intuition. Honor your time and space. Honor your loved ones. And honor your true-self in these life-changing decisions. And give yourself a chance to rest well. Don’t burn the candle at both ends.

You’re pushing for something new, but it’s the perfect time to complete an old project. And, oh yes, life is about to get even more hectic.

So, Scorpio, you’re reminiscing about those beautifully easy and restful days of last month, and the previous months, when life seemed to be going so smoothly—when you could kick-back and relax with the remote in your hand and a bag of crisps, or a good apple…
Now you’re out of that comfort-zone and into the crazy-seeming world where you need to make instant decisions, and are experiencing instance karma—for better or worst. But you did ask for a better user/customer experience so why the long face. Take this as a lesson: the universe takes you literally—as do computers, 3-to-5-year-olds, and your spouse/partner in a bad mood. Check twice before pushing any buttons.

Mid-month may bring some frustrations as you put your all into a new project or push ahead with creative ideas. But you’re missing important elements or are repeating a useless cycle. It’s not the practice that matters here, but the precision and the ingredients. Try baking a cake instead, and help your ideas self-correct as you enjoy a good treat. You may also feel your energy-levels dipping and possibly a high fever. Keep your liquid intake high, your sugar levels down, and try catnaps where you can. Deep breathing will help too.

As November ends, you’ll be reminded of an old project you intended completing. Now’s the time to work on it, possibly with an old friend, or with older/first-learned methods. The answer is simple, but the dedication needed is greater as it could get finicky. On the plus-side, this cycle of hecticness is ending and you’ll soon be able to grab the remote and that snack again. You may be interrupted by an old friend, but they wouldn’t mind if you catnap through their monologue. Life will be back on balance again.

There’s a stop-start feel to the month, but only because you insist on backtracking come the middle of the month. Still, a dream you though out of reach may be anything but.

November begins with a round of unbelievable luck, reminding you of a similar period from eight years ago, or from your last years of study. Opportunities abound, recognition is yours, and old smiling faces pop out of the woodwork. Some are sincere and benign, others come asking for favors. Do your research, ask the awkward questions and decide well whom to give your energy to, so you don’t spread yourself too thin.

Mid-month sees you standing still or retreating. You need quality ‘me-time’, possibly within sight of (or in) water. Your mind is wild with ideas, most of them doable, but which ones to pursue for the moment? It may be best to note and prioritize these ideas for now, as you may still need some time to optimize them. Don’t rush. These opportunities and ideas may best be taken up early next year.

The month winds down with a palatable sense that a load is lightening or that a responsibility is receding. You may lose some weight, or pay off a loan. Others may have more time or meet a person who spiritually inspires or awakens them. There’s lots to plan and digest. And yes, you’ll be planning a party or major celebration, but for now your main focus is on your dreams and how to reach them. Change your approach or expectation and you may be able to take those first steps, even if it’s to the moon 🙂

November begins on an emotional note. There’s a sense of imbalance or a lack of grounding within a love relationship. Are you falling in love too fast? Are you giving away your power to a partner or potential partner too easily? Are you over-analyzing every single detail and mono response? Ground yourself. Do something creative. Take up that yoga routine again. Then feel into your heart. You have the answers within you, if you just listen quietly to that little voice lost amongst all that internal chatter. For some, you may find your answer comes in music or chanting. Listen to the melody/rhythm, not the words, and you’ll find your balance again.

Mid-month finds you strong and balanced, in control of yourself…until the hiccup. Impulsiveness or rashness regarding new love or finances tips the scales. You may feel like hanging your head in shame or running away, or perhaps needing to ask for help from your mother or older sister. It’s not the time to be prideful, but is a time to promise yourself a thing or two. For most, it may suffice to leave the credit card at home, for others it may be sticking to your personal rules on dating/relationships. This is a lesson for you. Learn it well.

By the end of the month, you’ll have reason to regain your pride. The dilemma/crisis from mid-month may be satisfactorily resolved. But it’s also time to hold your tongue. Gossip abounds, especially with a reunion, or because of a reunion. Double-check facts and figures, even if they appear to come from trusted sources. And don’t sell yourself short. Your opinions count too, even if you have to write it down and hold it up during discussions. Finances need careful tending, so be sure to let everyone know you may be doing things a little different the coming festive season.

While you remain fixated on keeping an eye on one dream/goal, you’re missing all the other low-key wonderful things going on around you. Take those blinkers off.

Happiness and abundance abounds come the beginning of November. It may have to do with family. It may have to do with a clothing voucher. It may have to do with learning about a pregnancy or other new beginning, but darn it all, you can’t tell a soul! Maybe because it’s inspired you to make a long-held wish come true. But you need to keep it secret till you have more information. Then again, if it’s a love-child, a new adopted pet to ‘surprise’ your spouse with, or a radical new look you’re sporting, you may want to take extra-special care on how you reveal it all. Social media as a first option would be the absolute worst. Bite the bullet and do it face-to-face. You’ll be happy you did.

By mid-November, you may be tired, but in your element. Reunions with family or old friends may bring a feeling of contentment and stability/tradition you could have forgotten you’d missed. Your imagination is alive and you have the urge to create or start DIY projects, but a lack of time/energy makes them impossible. Sketch your ideas or write short keywords, them keep them with your shopping list and acquire supplies gradually so you can work on them in December or the new year without blowing your budget.

Come the end of the month, you may feel disappointed that you’ve missed an opportunity or failed to complete certain projects. There’s a silver-lining to it all, one with happy consequences, if you’re just patient enough for it to become apparent. You’re great at manifesting anything now, especially if it’s to do with family and your home, so wish carefully. Like Capricorn, puppies and babies may be drawn to you or around you. If you aren’t planning on having another child, you’ll want to take precautions.

You’re all about your money, when you should be about your base. If you wallow in your poverty consciousness, you’re likely to miss a great new opportunity from someone who needs a more positive/authentic outlook from candidates.

So, you’re worrying about the lack of money as the month begins, but you’re also throwing it away in order to fit in. You know you’ll make it all back, until the pity party or green-eyed gaze wins, and you fall back into the poverty mindset. You can’t keep running this parallel channel in your thoughts. Either you cut back to remain in budget and remember that the Joneses may not have it all, especially when it comes to happiness, or you keep up your spiritual practice and positivity to draw that ideal job or monetary situation to you while keeping open to new opportunities.

That new opportunity or two may arrive around mid-November, but if you aren’t open to it, particularly as it seems to come from someone you have been annoyed with, or at odds with, in the past then it may past you by without you even knowing about it. This person may be well out of your current circle, very stern and strict and doesn’t allow others emotional responses to shake the boat. You’ll have to have your ducks lined up, and keep your mind cool, clear, compassionate and witty to convince them you’ve got what it takes. This opportunity may involve education or social media.

There’s a surprising twist to your life as the month winds down. A new spiritual revelation, or change in your circumstances may come. It may leave you reassessing your skills, your approach to learning and how you view money vs satisfaction in a job. It’s all a lesson on how you view abundance. Don’t make it a hard one. Reconnect to your heart and what really makes you happy. The Joneses don’t matter, only you and your happiness do.

Wow! Can you believe how quickly March has arrived? Everyone’s experiencing their own situations this March. Be sure to keep those you love in the loop. Take that minute to call, or set aside an hour for a good catch-up. And Happy Holidays to you! Go easy on the chocolate.

Pisces

You’ll have to trust your good judgement, especially when it comes to love.

March begins with you deep in thought, ruminating darkly about something that was said about your looks or beliefs. And perhaps only the doggie or kitty really gets what you’re trying to say. For sure, your mum (or mother-in-law) doesn’t get you at all. Why do people have to be so mean? The good news is you don’t have to. Let it all flow away, tune it all out, and the need to binge-eat, and fearing the consequences, will fade away like a bad dream.

Mid-month brings some romance, or hope of romance. If it’s with your partner, you’re in luck! But there may be some rescheduling due to a sick child or doggie/kitty. But you’re still in luck, romantically. Sadly for singles, it may not be so, with the rescheduling never being…rescheduled. Never-mind, it’s still early days. And at least, the child/doggie/kitty is well again 🙂

By month’s end, you may be feeling a little exhausted or emotionally drained. Again, tune out the negativity, be hopeful about family and love, and revel in your creativity. Some alone time may be just what you need to visualize and create your own dream-come-true.

 

Aries

Someone’s not been listening to their intuition…Quick! Tune into it now.

So, you’re kind of stuck in your head or some instruction manual as March begins. You’re scratching your head and trying this and that, and feeling like if you just had that last little piece of information…The answer is right in front of you, even if it’s not logical or in the instructions. Trust yourself and your skills. You’ve got this. Sometimes all it needs is to ensure that the darn thing is plugged in, and that the electricity is on.

By mid-month, life feels lighter, and so does your purse/wallet. You may be going out lots with friends/your partner/on dates, but it feels good. You may have to let a few luxuries go, especially when it comes to new appliances, but it’s still all fine with you. There’s no way you’re going back to the stuck-at-homeness of earlier in the month.

As March ends, you’re getting out of a sticky situation—one you never would have been in if you had listened to your intuition at the beginning of the month. You also have to accept that not all problems can be solved by logic alone, or by knowledge alone. Gut instincts are there for a reason. Pay heed or pay the price. Lucky for you, life is about transformation, and this transformation is looking to go in your favor.

Dust off that charm. Polish those romantic notions. It’s time to act.

March begins on a happy note. Hanging out with the family may bring some changes, and much discussion, but as long as you remain flexible in your plans or open to compromise, it’s all good. It’s also a good time to woo your love once more, in a subtle, unconditional way.

Mid-march may bring some arguments and power-plays—and if they aren’t on the radio, they could cause a little bit of havoc to your love-life. Ensure you’re communicating well, and, if you aren’t sure, don’t even try to flirt. It won’t end well. Be quietly helpful and talk to your trusted friends. There may be something vital you’ve missed.

By month’s end, make sure your partner knows how you really feel about them. Someone else (a bad boy/girl type) may be trying to steal them away, if only for a dance. It’s time to turn your charm up to full notch, display your culinary skills (or knowledge of little-known culinary gems to visit) and go the whole romantic mile. But don’t write them poetry! Not this time. Really, just don’t. On a less stressed note, your dreams are almost within reach. Just a little bit of patience is needed.

It’s a hectic month. And, if you’re traveling, or beginning a new relationship, you’ll have your success.

March begins with a slow note, one in which the dishes may pile up and the house screams for attention. Your energy levels may be down and so may your bank account. Accept that life has changed, that your priorities have changed, and that you need to take care of yourself—at least for one weekend. The rest will be sorted out much quicker than anticipated—but only when you’re rested.

There’s a sense of ease and nostalgia by mid-March. You may run into old friends (or old flames). You may realize how much you’ve changed. Communication may be a bit problematic. Choose your words with care and ensure you’re well understand. In foreign countries, actions may work better in getting your message across than trying out the local language. Or make sure your phone has sufficient battery for the translator to work well.

Come the end of March, you’re brimming with success and great energy. Singles may find an exciting new partner, while others may reconnect with their beloveds and share a special celebration. More travel may be planned. A long distance relationship for some, perhaps, or an exciting new job?

 

Cancer

It’s your kind of month!

March begins with you holding things together, keeping within budget and being prudent with everything else—all the things you might have found hard to do in previous months. There’s a new idea screaming to attention, too. It’s a little naughty, a little precocious, even. But it’s got you intrigued, so why not everybody else? Then again, this could be the traits of your partner, or of someone who’s go their eye on you.

Mid-month is a dream come true! There’s love, lots of inspiration and an easy flow to life which has you glowing. Be sure to keep one foot on the ground, and if you’re beginning something new or receiving an award, remember all who’ve helped you there. Oh, and for those of you wanting a baby, (or not), it’s wonderful news (or not).

By then end of March, the smooth flow continues, except for an eddy around your partner or another significant air-sign in your life. They might not like all the attention you’re getting, or perhaps that your focus is everywhere but on them, especially in social situations. Perhaps some quality time or chocolate will help you reconnect. Or maybe a little playfulness.

 

Leo

Family and new contracts are on your mind, less so than new projects.

As March begins, you may be feeling uncommonly serious. There are family matters to take care of—perhaps a new home, or another move, or just other family stuff which has been piling up. You’re proud, too. You have it all under control…but for the garden. Call in a landscaper or work out an easy schedule so you can still do all the fun things.

Mid-month may be a little demanding at work. A shortage of skills or attention to detail (on the part of another) may appear to be your problem at first, but it’s all soon resolved. You’ll be able to make time for family, and fun, instead of working late nights. There’s a party, too? Perhaps at your new home? Or a fun night out on the town.

By the end of the month, communication may be a problem, especially with your partner or an air-sign. Harsh words or selective hearing could impact your temper and your verbalizing. Call a time out, and if you feel like banging your head, make sure it’s at a mosh-pit. Once everyone’s calmed down it will be back to happy families again.

It’s good to be home! So why do you feel so unsettled?

You may begin the month in a new domestic situation, or perhaps a short holiday at home. You’ve imagined it as one long PJ-day: your feet up on the stool, bingeing on Netflix or soapies, or catching up on your computer games… But. There’s always a but, isn’t there? Or is someone butting into your life? You need to take it easy, to chill, to relax. What mother used to say, doesn’t always apply now you’re all grown up.

By Mid-March, you’re feeling free to be yourself though it looks like you may have fewer immediate options available. It could be because you’ve made a decision. You’re feeling calmer and more on track now that the emotional stress has subsided. And while the money issue may worry you, you’re at peace with life.

A new beginning, or message, may be slow to come or the money issue is worrying you. You may second guess yourself. And second guess the second guess. And third guess the…Oh, just sit down and go back over everything! There’s a wee detail you may have missed. Did you press the SEND button? Never-the-mind, it all ends well.

There’s a mischief-maker around you. Never fear, you can outsmart them, especially if they are your love.

March begins on a fun note. There’s an unexpected offer or love, or an offer by your love. It’s a bit of a shock, but in a nice way. Still, you feel you should be questioning motives. Keep an open-mind and don’t agree to anything intangible.

Around mid-month, you may feel disappointed. Someone may have rescinded on their offer or promise. You’re wondering if they’re playing mind-games. A little research will reveal the truth. But keep an open mind and ask for tangibles.

As the month ends, the tables may be turned, and you may be the one calling the shots or taking the lead. It could be that you’re in a race, too. Warning! Dramatic times in love ahead!

March begins with a feeling of being freed, or cut-off. Some may end a relationship or partnership. Others may be apart from their beloved. But, for the most part, you’re relieved. You can finally be yourself! You’ve got plans. You can do just about anything you want…
If you’ve had surgery, you may want to ensure you’re on the right fluid levels and intake once you’re back home.

Happy Holidays! Can you believe it’s the end of 2017 already? Where did the year go? There’s lots to do before we say goodbye to 2017, plus lots of love! There’s a short travel peek, too. There’s a hint of glee in your smile this month. But avoid those karaokes.

December begins like an old train: stop, start, stop, start, jerk, jerk, race off, but it’s mostly at work. Brace yourself then go with the momentum. A new-comer may be plotting to steal your lime-light, too, so keep your eyes and ears open for some tell-tales and juicy gossip. At home, you may be busy with some scissors, pruning some plants, or artfully arranging furniture, so no-one can ruin your holiday atmosphere. But do remember, little boys and puppies seldom understand holiday rules… You may have to arrange/rearrange more than once.

Mid-December is all about hard work, clearing the air and reaping the rewards. Karma’s hanging around, so you’ll get only as good as you’ve given. Taureans will prove good friends, while other fire signs may allow you more talk-time, if only because they’re away. You may bond with a new friend and discover a love for the same food combination.

You may start a blog or join another community. You’ll also be de-cluttering and sprucing up, all ready to face the new year. Taking stock, your greatest holiday gift will be realising how much you’ve achieved and which path to take next.

For those who are travelling, it may be very short journeys, or ones which go much quicker than expected. There’s a carefree sense with little stress. You may go to a spa or on a spiritual retreat, but this year, there’s no place like home for you 🙂 You may also volunteer to help animals, perhaps at your local shelter or at the local zoo/animal/bird sanctuary.

December begins at a break-neck speed. You may go on an impulsive trip, or take your vacation earlier than anticipated, leaving bookings for the last minute. Flights work out better than you think, and you’ll have a good time in more luxurious circumstances, too, But do watch our for purse-snatchers and other nefarious types, especially in crowded areas.

Mid-December brings family issues into focus and perhaps some harsh words. You may have to rethink your role in the family and how you communicate. Are you serving everyone else’s needs and expectations except your own? While gifts for your wardrobe may help smooth your ruffled feelings, don’t allow them to cloud the issues. Have a talk with your grandma.

The year ends on an emotional note. Love is offered, but you may choose to walk away or ask for more space. New love comes flying in for singles, but this too, may not suit your mood. Truth be told, you’re enjoying having choices and are reluctant to make one. You’d like to flex your independence muscles next year and you’re just getting started. December begins with a meeting of the minds, or of the hearts, or of both. Reunions may also be a feature, especially at themed parties (‘80s, ‘50s and the like). Singles aren’t likely to remain so for long, while couples will find more time to spend together, or another new beginning. With all this going on, the dishes may not get done, or the old washer-machine may need replacing. Fortunately, money flows in around this time too.

Mid-December may see you back in an old seat—an old car, an old job, an old airline (let’s hope not)—which may bring some excitement. With less bickering and leaving all the emotional baggage aside/behind, you’ll make good headway towards achieving your current financial goals. Even so, it may all prove quite exhausting, so let your love (new love) know you may be a little scarce, at least for now.

The year comes to a close with you seeming to burn the candles at both ends. Everyone’s got something new and something old to deal with this month—new opportunities, old people or vice-versa. So, it seemed like a good idea to have another little look at romance. Check back to the last bumper edition for more insight.

Scorpio

Balance those emotions and a sense of peace will spread to all areas of your life.

November begins with a need to seek balance, especially in communication and your mental processes. So, if you want your pitch to win over that of the most-annoying-guy-from-the-office, you need to find the right words—and images. And hold off on those jokes as it’s quite likely that the person you’re pitching to has no sense of humour (at least, not one they care to share). Go for clarity, eloquence and good strategy instead, both at work and at home too. And, as always, listen!

Mid-month brings a sense of renewal and good judgement, especially in family matters and spiritual ones. Emotions may run high, particularly with other water signs, so it’s up to you to keep the calm and peace. Finally! Some relief and let up from the stress and demands of the first part of the year. Progress is seen by most, and certainly, there’s more lightness to May than in previous months. But many will still be busy with lots still demanding attention. Remember to smile more often and share the good news to keep the positivity going. There’ll be less to worry about and your work will be done that much sooner 🙂

I didn’t intend to write a bumper edition. It just sort of happened when I felt drawn to include a Flower Power Card for each of you. Isha Lerner’s Power of Flower Cards adds an element of healing to this month’s tarotscopes. Some of you may work through these healings this month while others may take a few months more.

Pisces

Woohoo! March looks like a great month for your career or major projects.

The month begins with a victory! Sure there’s still a lot of work to do, but a major battle has been won, and you might want to celebrate it. Even more important to you, it seems that someone finally admits that they’re wrong about a thorny issue. And now that your sage points are acknowledged, both of you can move on.

Mid-month may find you fretting about your appearance or your creative work not being ‘good enough’. So what if your cup-cakes aren’t as professional-looking as you-know-who’s? The proof is in the tasting. And while a new wardrobe would be great, can you really give up your favourite pair of slacks just now? Hang in for a few weeks more and you’ll find a new store which carries affordable clothing more suited to your tastes.

The month-end demands you make a choice. While this may not be an easy one to make, it’s one you can’t put off for much longer. On the plus side, it’s not one that will bind you forever. This essence speaks to your need to heal a deep wound (possibly one that pesky air-sign keeps peeling the scab off). Dear Taurus, this doesn’t look set to be your favourite month especially if your mother is visiting, and the weather getting you down.

March begins with you needing to be careful of your knees and ankles, especially if you live where the thaw is setting in. Any falls should be checked, and proper care taken of sprains and swelling. Wear practical shoes with good traction, and hang on to your down-coat for as long as possible for the extra padding which you need more than fashion just now. If you were hoping for a holiday in better climes or for a change in residence, they might be delayed till later in April or even August. Take good care of yourself, as it’s your well-being which may be the major crimp in your plans.

Mid-month brings the blues. Avoid your friend Pisces as they’re also going through a bit of a blue-patch, and two blues don’t make a green. Journal, stay out of your head and drop down into your heart. Bake, or find things you will bake when you have the energy to do so. This issue has its roots in events from nine months ago or so. Deal with it once you’re feeling strong enough and let it go with a releasing ritual involving water, but not the icy shoreline of some waterway! Talk to your Aries friend for some fresh insight.

The month may end with a visit from your mother (or to your mother) which fills you with a little bit of dread. There may be some much needed dredging of the past (and talk about exes and hexes) but it’s all good in the end as it’s bringing up exactly what you need to release in order for you to move on with your life.

This essence speaks of you taking personal responsibility for yourself and your actions. It’s a call to destiny, the reason you’re are being asked to reflect on and release your past issues. While your destiny may not be known just yet, this card assures you that your path is opening and that the bountiful and benevolent universe is waiting for you to walk your talk. Once you know what your talk is, you’ll be able to walk it, no prob.

 

Gemini:

You knew this year is going to be especially significant, and here comes more confirmation.

March begins with you in a wonderfully strong position to act on your truest desires (so lets hope they are healthier than the junk food you’ve started eating recently). In both love and your career, you’re in an almost unassailable position. You’ll be applauded for you heroic efforts and reap all the benefits you’ve been dreaming of. If you’ve been having the odd health problem (especially of the female kind) you’ll make a swift recovery.

March begins with some inflammation, in mind and in body. A fire sign is stoking an aggravating situation. It may be a temperamental fire-sign at home, or an aggrieved one at work. Do your best to cool matters by being firm and unflappable. Drink lots of water, especially if you’re on medication for a swollen ankle or knee, and watch out for arthritic conditions flaring up this month. Go easy on the medication and experiment with natural remedies where possible.

Mid-month brings a sense of missing something or someone you love. Distance from your beloved may seem greater than ever, and you’ll spend a lot of time on the phone. Their health may concern you and you’re frustrated you can’t nurse them or support them further.

The month ends with a feeling of lack of creativity and loss of balance in your life. Work may be stressful with the load you have to carry, and some added responsibility. You’ll feel the urge to create something – what, how and when is causing you to fret. Chill, and give yourself some time-off to get your mojo back.

Aquarius

A month of detoxing everything, from your iPhone to your cupboards.

The month begins with some communication errors and possible misunderstandings. Bad weather may impact your international communications and music wouldn’t soothe the troubled beast this raises in you. You may have a week or two of do-overs which annoy you at best. Put in that extra hour or two to meet your deadline. There’s better times coming real soon.

Mid March has you in detox overdrive. Something someone says will needle you into throwing out old things, new things never used and other things which nibble away at your time. You’ll try detoxing concoctions and perhaps a massage or two. You may even cut ties with some toxic frenemies.

March ends with a river of new energy flowing your way. You might start a new project or a new business, communication clears up and you’ll be bursting with creative ideas. Your love-life changes gear too, pleasantly surprising you.

Your Flower Power Card: Rose (Queen Of Heaven, Mother of the World)
This essence speaks of cosmic love and manifested/manifesting love. This card encourages you to accept cosmic love and wisdom. It highlights your relationship to your twin-flame and to the world in general. If you are seeking your twin-flame or soul-mate, it encourages you to manifest and maintain these relationships wisely. So this is what the cards told me about December for each zodiac sign*. Aries, you’ll want to pay special attention.

 

Sagittarius:

At the beginning of the month, there’ll be lots of electronic communication, especially from global companies and overseas. Pay attention to what is being said and take the time to thoroughly understand what is required or requested. This will pay off in nine weeks or so. Gossip also provides some interesting insights and ideas.

Generosity abounds from friends and family. While cash bonuses from work may be smaller than usual, other gifts and benefits will prove equally valuable. There will be more than enough good cheer and an abundance of friendship, and even a prize or two.

Towards the end of the month, one party or celebration will be more tiresome than fun (because you’re tired) and one person spoils the mood with their negativity and callousness (an older woman with one glass too many). Try not to take her words to heart as everyone knows the truth even if they don’t speak of it. A good rest (and some distance) provides the best tonic against this energy-vampire.

Sleep into the New Year, you need it after these past two months!

 

Capricorn:

A slow and less than perfect start to the month makes you think wishes come true only for others. Keep wishing and stay positive as it’s only delayed.

A small matter grows out of proportion and impacts on your feelings of security. Be especially careful when locking your car-doors at the mall and carry a small-hard cover book in your bag for self-protection. It should prove useful in other ways too. If you live/work in a snow-prone area, be sure to travel with a small emergency/survival kit as unexpectedly snowfalls in unlikely areas may cause major traffic/transport problems.

The last third of the month makes up for the first two thirds. Happiness from little children, pets and new projects. This is the perfect time to start your blog or a new creative project. Pottery or fishing could well be your newest passion!

 

Aquarius:

Going for that new job interview or performance review goes well at the beginning of the month. You have the gift of the gab and the ability to make magic out of piles of what looks like rubbish to everyone else – both literally and figuratively!

The middle of the month seems to rehash the same old tired plans and arguments. Going on that world-cruise is still not going to happen, no matter how many Lotto tickets you buy before Christmas. Be realistic and think out the box.

Taking the traditional approach for the end of the month may be your best bet! It’s also the perfect time to take up new studies, or do some family-tree research.

 

Pisces:

Look back to six months ago to find the root of your current problems. Running away again is just going to make things worst. It’s time to sit tight and think things through logically. Ask for help from someone you trust and is good at problem-solving.

Investing in property or going to the sea for your holidays isn’t such a good idea for now. Don’t make last minute bookings. Don’t make promises you can’t keep either. Stay at home and remain on the straight and true path. It may be slower, but it’s a whole lot  less hassle and trouble in the long run.

The end of the month looks much brighter and less stressful. More clarity brings you more optimism and a well defined way to overcome your biggest obstacles.

Foil is your friend this festive season, especially when making new toys for the kids in your life and in decorations. Keep your eyes open in the rain and you’ll find a bargain store offering more than you’ll ever need of this wonderful shiny stuff.

 

Aries:

Lucky you! All the other signs are going to be so envious of your first part of December. Either an overseas trip or new long-distance relationship for you is what turns all your friends green. All goes well, unless it’s a Gemini or Aquarian you’re dealing with. If so, you’re need to think things through a little more (just a little bit more than usual) as your companion is not the most stable of personalities. I’m sorry if you heard wedding bells ring or similar at first, but seriously, caution is warranted here.

Repeat after me: impulsiveness is not my friend – at least not until February. In fact, impulsiveness is not even your frenemy just now. It’s a psycho wielding a knife ready to poke holes in your finances, your love-life and your reputation.

Sit back, chill and repeat after me: impulsiveness is not my friend.

And that dream you’ve been hoping for…no news till after February. But keep dreaming, it will happen in a slow steady way.

 

Taurus:

Oh, the injustice of it! Everyone else gets to have a proper break and you’re stuck manning the office again. Oh, what an awful boss, unreasonable so-and-so leaving you only a small box of plasticky chocolates for company! So, yes! Re-read your contract, and look at those job-boards. But know it will be the same thing all over again next year if you don’t actually act this time.

Spruce up your CV and strike while the sense of injustice drives you. You may not end up on the beach next year, but, by god, you’ll have a better view and better box of chocs to help you through this time of year.

Legal matters are best sat on for the moment too. Your lawyers and other legal types are not very impressed with your arguments and assertions of late, so best wait till February or defer to the end of May if possible.

Still not going to be your favourite month, come the end of it. More arguments with your brother/brother-in-law and general feelings of not living the life you want to. Yes, you deserve better. And now, (yes, right this minute) is the time to do something about it – find a coaching program, join a new club, start something new…So, for once in your life, don’t over-think, don’t even calculate, just do it! I dare you.

 

Gemini:

Congrats, Gem, you’ve finally found that balance you’ve been looking for, and it’s pets and kids who help you there.

At the beginning of the month, a new project starts of strong and hits it’s mark. Ideas flow like a stream, so take notes and make sketches; you’ll need them early next year when you run ahead of yourself again.

Travel to the mountains/hills or to a warmer area gets you out into that fresh air you’ve been craving. Don’t forget the sunblock (and the snow-boots, two trips for you then? Or a last minute getaway?) Watch your ankles and straps when doing outdoor activities and you’ll be happier overall.

The end of the month is quieter and cosier with lots of welcome alone-time. A great time to recharge and consolidate your ideas and position. Also a good time to consider what you’d like to study next. Something in finances or earth sciences?

 

Cancer:

Grab your Sagi friend and celebrate all the generosity coming your way at the beginning of the month. It’s exactly what you’ve been waiting for, for so long. It’s likely that all this bounty may include a pregnancy if you’ve been hoping for one, or a really valuable gift or prize.

Problem is, for most of the month, the restlessness that you’ve been experiencing for the past two months doesn’t abate. It’s got you questioning all kinds of things about your life and the people around you. You want something new. You need something new and meaningful in your life. If you’re having a child, congratulations – if not, you might want to stop for a minute and do some inner searching to see just what it really is your soul craves for now.

By the end of the month, your intuition is on the blitz, so try not to depend on it as much as usual. Double-check facts, dates, amounts, and print out maps and itineraries.

 

Leo:

Love and togetherness is the theme for the first half of the month. You may even visit overseas or cross the continent to visit family. The early part of the month is perfect for rekindling romance and spending quality time with those you love most, especially near the ocean or other large bodies of water.

Like Sagi, there’s a lot of business communication from global concerns right until December 21-23 around the solstice, so make sure your phone and laptop are always charged. After the 23rd, you’ll be in a much better position than expected, but still a little short of where you’d hoped to be.

At the end of the month, you’ll probably lose at snooker and other little games, but in the main events of your life, everything makes you feel you’ve gained major victories and will win through quite soon to what matters the most to you.

The last week of the month is best for indoor activities with inclement weather putting a damper on outside activities. Don’t book days out too far in advance. The weather dictates your plans for New Year’s Eve more than it usually does. Be prepared for torrential rains if you live in the Southern hemisphere, heavy snow in Northern Europe and even in some mountainous areas of Spain.

 

Virgo:

Good news finally arrives at the beginning of the month. The world seems beautiful and magical again with much to lift your spirits and believe in the goodness of humankind.

The middle of the month is great for interviews and finding ways to realise your dreams. There’s not much you can’t do in mid-December, and even Santa is envious of your productivity and management. Your staff will be happy and your pockets look like filled stockings.

With all gears well oiled and things rolling out just the way you like them, the end of the month is when you’ll finally want to let your hair down and be noticed by someone special.

Shopping around the 20th is likely to find you your best party clothes and even the salon will be able to squeeze you in at the last minute. Don’t forget to try a new fragrance and see how many heads you can turn.

 

Libra:

Lightness returns this December, along with that precious spark of creativity you lost a month back. Go shopping with Virgo as you, too, will be spoilt for choice when it comes to shopping and looking good this month. Paint, draw and even try some needlework — you have an eye for the unusual and the striking when it comes to your hobbies and crafts this month.

The middle of the month is when you’ll finally let go of nostalgia and some past issues. Things look even brighter as you begin to live in the present and enjoy it without comparing it to the past.

The lightening of your mood and outlook continues right to the end of the month when you stop feeling guilty and realise you deserve all the good and light you’re experiencing. Your smile will be uncomplicated, you laughter unchecked and others’ negativity will fall off you as old restraints are unbuckled and you’re free to enjoy an amazing New Year.

 

Scorpio:

You know that change you’ve been hoping for? Yep, it’s likely to happen real soon, just like you knew it would. And it’s all very, very likely for the first part of the month.

But put your ambition on hold or turn it down a notch. Your real goal is still going to take a wee while to reach and a lot has to happen before it does.

Pay particular attention to your car’s tyres and brakes, as well as the water and oil levels – even for short journeys this month, the last thing you need is to be stuck on the highway. Oh, and it’s not the best time to buy a new car either. July next year is more in your favour for new vehicles and transportation.

The end of the month brings in some heavier issues, especially around older family members and another Scorpio. Old family secrets and outdated beliefs rear their ugly heads and have it out in the open. Avoid the Dark Side (or taking any side) at all costs and put away those light-sabres. Time-out and digestion time is all that is needed for everyone to adjust to the true situation, and to move into the 2017 with more realistic views and expectations.
